Purchase a ladder and store inside vacant space next to Esther’s. After measurements, the average height of the back of both buildings is 12 Ft. The Highest point was 13.5 Ft. The Ladder purchased can be extended to 14 ft and has a 300lb max weight. Very durable and easy to carry by one person
