| The crew reported an excess of trash at the back of Shoppes at Parkwest. Numerous cardboard boxes, wooden pallets, and general refuse were found piled outside various dumpsters and leaning against building walls. This issue was observed across multiple tenant areas, including Petsmart, Kirklands, America’s Best, and Ross. The large volume of debris suggests improper disposal and overflowing waste receptacles. | |||
