| The crew reported an extensive excess of trash observed throughout the back of Shoppes at Parkwest. Dumpsters were found overflowing at multiple locations, including near Petsmart, Simon Med Imaging, and Dicks House of Sports, with numerous cardboard boxes and general refuse piled outside. Significant accumulations of litter, debris, wooden pallets, and even larger discarded items like a metal table and a car tire were noted in various corners, particularly behind Chipotle and DXL. | |||
