| The crew observed extensive illegal dumping at the Shoppes at Parkwest. Behind DXL, pallets, a broken toilet, and trash were found next to the recycling dumpster, along with a large pile of commercial cardboard boxes. Behind Simon Med Imaging, bulky debris and discarded furniture were left around the dumpster enclosure. Numerous flattened cardboard boxes and retail display materials were also dumped on the ground behind Petsmart. | |||
