| The crew reported extensive illegal dumping at the back of Briarwood (Phase 1). Near Starbucks, various items including cardboard boxes, construction debris, and discarded bollards were found by the dumpster and wall. A wooden pallet and numerous trash bags were also present. Closer to Tacos Tec, a large panel and a black mini-fridge were illegally dumped against the building wall and on the sidewalk. | |||
