| The crew observed extensive illegal dumping at the Crestwater property. At the front, near Kroger, a mattress, armchair, and other household debris were left by the donation bins. At the back, by Burbon St. Daiquiries, piles of tree branches, cut wood, and various household items were found. Near Subway, a large glass panel, metal bar, and foam appeared to be discarded commercial waste. Additional trash bags, cardboard, and a large shrub were also noted overflowing bins at the back. | |||
