| The crew observed significant illegal dumping at the back of Shoppes at Parkwest. Behind Kirklands and Golf Galaxy, discarded mattresses and pads were found leaning against dumpsters and walls. Near DXL, various items including cardboard boxes, wooden debris, and trash bags were left scattered around the recycling dumpster. | |||
