| The crew observed an excess of trash at Shoppes at Parkwest. Behind Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant, numerous black trash bags, cardboard boxes, and plastic waste were overflowing from the dumpster and piled around the area. Significant litter was also scattered on the gravel bed and sidewalk, including discarded plastic pallets. Additionally, multiple wooden pallets and a large wooden board were found illegally dumped at the front of the building. | |||
