| The crew observed significant damage to the property in front of Woodlands Mall, near Nordstrom. A vehicle drove over the curb and grassy island, creating deep tire ruts in the landscaping. This displaced mud and soil onto the paved area, causing considerable damage to the landscape and potentially the curb. | |||
