| The crew observed significant illegal dumping at the back of Briarwood (Phase 2), near Toro. Multiple cardboard boxes, plastic bags filled with trash, and general debris were found accumulated against the wall. Additionally, a wooden pallet was left leaning against the building, indicating unauthorized disposal. | |||
