| The crew observed extensive illegal dumping at the back of Shoppes at Parkwest. Various items were found, including household trash, large appliance boxes, clothing, and construction-like debris near DXL, Ross, Chipotle, and Dicks House of Sports. Numerous wooden pallets were also discarded against walls and near dumpsters, contributing to significant clutter around the property’s service areas. | |||
